Screenings unfold in arthouse cinemas and repurposed industrial spaces, where the hum of projectors blends with the city’s nocturnal rhythm. 2. Runtime
Shorts: Under 35 minutes. Features: 60+ minutes. Experimental? We’ll allow 30 minutes if you can justify it in 10 words or less.
3. Premiere Status
UK premieres preferred, but not mandatory. If your film’s already on TikTok, don’t bother.
4. Subtitles
Non-English films: burned-in English subtitles . No exceptions. We won’t “fix it in post.”
5. Deadlines
-Early Bird: March 1 (£10)
- Regular: April 15 (£20)
- Late: May 30 (£35)
Fee waivers for students/low-income —email us. No refunds. Ever.
6. Rights
You own it. You cleared it. We screen it. No NFTs, no AI slop, no “borrowed” footage.
7. Screening Copy
If selected, provide a ProRes 422 HQ or MOV high-Quality file within 48 hours. Panic early.
